By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:
Products: All sarees and garments are described as accurately as possible. Due to
photography and screen differences, colours may vary slightly. Handwoven products
may contain minor irregularities.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where
applicable. Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
Orders: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues or
pricing errors. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible
for courier delays once items are dispatched.

Returns & Refunds Policy – House Of Meena
Eligibility for Returns: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a
refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
**We only accept returns is the product is Faulty or an Incorrect Item**
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Refunds: a)Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
b)Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. c) Original delivery charges
are only refundable if the item is faulty
Return Shipping – If approved by House Of Meena apart from damage or faulty
item.
