We are three friends — Chethana Sharath, Rashmi Rao and Sandhya Anil — whose friendship of over two decades in the UK grew into a shared passion: to cherry-pick and curate exclusive handwoven sarees from India, and bring them home to families here.

Our name, and our parrot logo, come from the goddess Meenakshi of Madurai, who is always pictured with a parrot at her side. The parrot is said to impart the sixty-four arts — and saree draping is one of them.

We travel across India, sit with the weaving community, and pay artisans fair market value for their work. Every piece is original and limited — never mass-produced — from everyday cottons around £30 to heirloom silks beyond £500.

We choose for the long life of a saree, not the length of a season — heirlooms that hold the warmth of every wearing.
